Now situated in the heart of the Scottish Borders, near Gordon in Berwickshire, Tombuie Smokehouse was part of a farm diversification set up in 1991 with the aim of producing top quality fresh and smoked produce with total traceably. Fourteen years later Tombuie's name is known throughout the country and our awarding winning products are highly sort after. We will not sell to supermarkets as we do not wish to compromise the quality and name we have strived over the years to achieve.
